Mexico continues to attract Investments:

400 projects linked to Nearshoring

Trade tensions between China and the United States and other countries' needs to reduce logistics costs and ensure more resilient supply chains have encouraged multinational companies to relocate their operations to Mexico. In the coming years, 400 nearshoring-related projects are already ready to materialize.

Globally, the current context has generated an increase in the demand for more efficient solutions closer to key markets, and Mexico, due to its geographical proximity and strength in the manufacturing sector, has positioned itself as one of the primary recipients of this trend.

This trend represents an investment opportunity for the country and promises to boost key sectors such as industry, logistics, infrastructure, and technological development. Regions such as northern Mexico, traditionally strong in the manufacturing industry, and the south-southeast, which is seeking to capitalize on its potential with projects such as the Interoceanic Train, are seeing a surge in interest from foreign investors.

For this reason, we develop different projects of our own and for developing multinational companies in Mexico, offering certainty of certainty in all the legal, financial, economic, social, and growth opportunities.
