Based on the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as “the Law”), TLP International S.A. C.V. (hereinafter referred to as “TLP International”) recognizes that the Privacy and Security of your personal information is a very important right for you and that the handling of the Personal data that you provide us to fulfill the services provided by TLP International constitutes the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Consequently, you expressly authorize us to process your personal data:
Terms and conditions
1.- This Notice aims to protect your personal data through its legitimate, controlled, and informed processing to guarantee your privacy and your right to informational self-determination.
2.- Under Article 3, section V of the Law, Personal Data is understood to be Any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person or legal entity.
3. TLP International is responsible for your personal information (Personal Data) under the provisions of section I of Article 16 of the Law.
4.- TLP International's function is to provide import and export services for goods. For this purpose, it provides specialized services consisting of Import, Export, Reshipment, Changes of regime, Storage, Inventory control, Review of merchandise, Tariff classification, Inspection before government agencies, and Timely advice on customs and foreign trade matters.
To provide such services, it is necessary to process and transfer your personal data consisting of registration with the treasury with tax domicile or last change of domicile, federal taxpayer registration card, official identification, company articles of incorporation, deed proving the legal personality of the legal representative, official identification of the legal representative, proof of domicile, the assignment conferred to the Customs Agent in the customs system, digital seal, if applicable, IMMEX program or industry or commerce decrees as the case may be when the Client has such documentation.
Such information is considered sensitive under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

7.- TLP International, as the party responsible for processing your personal data, must comply with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility protected by law. For this reason, and based on articles 13 and 14 of the Law, TLP International is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality of your personal data, as well as to maintaining the administrative, technical, and physical security measures that allow it to be protected against any damage, loss, alteration, access or unauthorized treatment, even though the owner of said information has ended his/her relationship with TLP International.
